Pennsylvania Volunteer of the Civil War
Robert Washington BardRobert Washington Bard, (born April 20, 1837 - died at Camp Humphreys, VA Feb 11, 1863) served with the Pittsburgh Rifles in the summer of 1862, and enlisted in company H, 123rd Regiment, Aug 9, 1862.
He was promoted from sergeant to 1st sergeant, and participated in the battle of Chancellorsville.
